Michele was wonderful. At our first meeting she was extremely informative and attentive, listening to all our details and questions, for as long as it took. We had already purchased a new home in GA but had not yet moved and were eager to compress the timeline for the sale transaction. She provided some strategic advice that proved to be extremely valuable. Once under contract, Michele worked with us to develop a meticulous day by day plan from moving out to listing. There were a few bumps in the road and Michele was at the ready with expertise and advice, calm and patient with my stress. In the end we had a contract in 48 hours and the Closing went smoothly. Once we were under contract, she found a buyer for my property quickly and was extremely efficient in coordinating everything that needed to be done to get from signing to closing. There were some unique circumstances that arose in the middle of our transaction and Michele handled everything with grace and made herself available to answer any questions and address all my concerns.
